Log in and Reseting password

After our team creates and activates your account, you are provided with a username and password


You can log in to the web portal through the steps below:

  1. Visit: www.retailpay.africa on your browser
  2. Enter your email address or ID and password
  3. Click ‘sign in to my account’

You can log in to the app through the steps below:

  1. Tap the app icon to open it
  2. Enter your login details (ID number and Password)
  3. Click ‘sign in’

In case you have forgotten your password, you can reset it through the web portal ONLY by following the steps below:

  1. Click ‘forgot your password?’ 
  2. Enter the email address you provided when creating your account
  3. A verification code will be sent to your phone number (number you used with that email address)
  4. In case you don’t receive a verification code, click ‘resend code’
  5. Enter the verification code in the field provided, then click ‘verify’ 
  6. Once you successfully input the verification code, you will be prompted to create a new password
  7. Once you successfully change your password, you will be led back to the log-in page. You can now log-in using your email/ID and the new password
